Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY 

Returns on intimates, and all on sale items will not be accepted. All other items may be exchanged or returned with a full or partial refund depending on the quality of the return item. Returns must have tags attached and within new condition. If an order is unsatisfactory we will go above & beyond to correct your order through customer service. Unsatisfactory items must be reported within 48 hours of the order's delivery date via our email, hello@stellale.com, returns must be delivered back to StellaLe Apparel within 12 business days from posted delivery date. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. Please place a new order for a different item. We do not exchange intimates.
