Shipping & Return Policy
Returns on intimates will not be accepted. All other items may be exchanged or returned with a full or partial refund depending on the quality of the return item. Returns must have tags attached and within new condition. If an order is unsatisfactory we will go above & beyond to correct your order through customer service. Unsatisfactory items must be reported within 3 days of the order's delivery date through email, or via phone. Exchanges: Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. Please place a new order for a different item.
In case of: "My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package." We will review your order and make sure there are no discrepancies and that your package went out routinely. In the event that we find NO discrepancies, then we would suggest that you contact the carrier USPS (United States Postal Service). Give them your tracking number and let them know you didn’t receive your package even though USPS changed the status of your tracking to delivered.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. CST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day. Please allow processing orders to take 1-2 days before shipment.
