In case of: "My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package." We will review your order and make sure there are no discrepancies and that your package went out routinely. In the event that we find NO discrepancies, then we would suggest that you contact the carrier USPS (United States Postal Service). Give them your tracking number and let them know you didn’t receive your package even though USPS changed the status of your tracking to delivered.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. CST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day. Please allow processing orders to take 1-2 days before shipment.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Currently, we do not offer international delivery. We ship solely within the United States. Please stay updated by subscribing to be notified when this option becomes soon available.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Unless you opted not to receive it, we will send you an email confirmation immediately after your order is submitted. You will also get a shipping confirmation email when your package has been sent out. Once that happens, your initial email confirmation will update to show a “Shipped” status and include a tracking number when applicable.
WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Standard shipping is available which has an estimated arrival time between 2 - 5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping for orders that are time sensitive. Expedited shipping has an estimated arrival time between 1 - 2 business days. Delivery dates for standard and expedited shipping are estimates only, a small number of packages may arrive before or after the estimated date.
